I attended the class but forgot to check in or couldn't
If you were in attendance but couldn't check in, for whatever reason, please contact our Customer Experience team. Always attach proof of attendance. This is the only way we can confirm your participation and check you in manually.
Please note: A screenshot of the check-in screen in the app, a screenshot of your Google-maps location, or a selfie on location all count as proof.
I had a technical problem and could not check in
If you had a technical problem while checking in, you can also contact us. In case of a technical error on our end, we can always help you further. Our Customer Experience team will look into the matter and see what we can do for you.
Note: It is always helpful to include a screenshot of the error message if one pops up.
* If you did not show up for a class and were charged a no-show fee, unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you. The partner location is counting on your check-in, otherwise they won't get paid. This is covered by the no-show fee.
