Whoops, I forgot to check in. What now?
In case you have forgotten your check-in and you've received a no-show fee, we, unfortunately, cannot wave the no-show fee for you. The reason for this is that the partner location won't get paid if you don't check in, so they're counting on your check-in. The no-show fee covers these costs for the partner.

Please note: Make sure you can always provide us with proof of attendance if you attended the class without being able to check in.
