Are you currently a OneFit member via Bedrijfsfitness Nederland or High Five? Then we would like to update you on what’s going to change via this FAQ. Our collaboration with these two companies is coming to an end, meaning you can soon no longer work out with OneFit if you’re part of this agreement.
Together with Bedrijfsfitness Nederland and High Five we decided to end our collaboration. Read on to find out what will exactly change for you as a OneFit member.
Bedrijfsfitness Nederland will no longer be accepting new members as of August 21, 2021. The latest starting date a new client can choose for their membership will be September 21, 2021.
A OneFit membership via Bedrijfsfitness Nederland will stay a
ctive for six months after it starts. Are you currently a member via Bedrijfsfitness Nederland? If you renew your membership before September 21, 2021, it will stay active for six more months.
Bedrijfsfitness Nederland will communicate all details and the end date of your membership via email. So keep a close eye on your inbox.
High Five will no longer be accepting new members as of September 13, 2021. The latest starting date a new member can choose for their membership will be December 13, 2021.
A OneFit membership via High Five will stay active for 30 days after it starts. Are you currently a member via High Five? If you renew or start your membership before December 13, 2021, it will stay active for 30 more days.
Everyone that is currently a member via High Five will also get an email update on this topic from them.
What will happen next?
Do you want to keep working out with OneFit? Reach out to our Community Success team via this form and they’ll help you transfer your membership to a regular membership. This way your account won’t be lost. If you would like to keep working out via your company, please put us in touch directly with your HR- or Happiness Manager and we’ll reach out to them to check the possibility of offering OneFit via your company.
