Below information is meant for regular members and for those who work out through their employer.
During the COVID-19 press conference of March 23rd, the government announced a prolonging of the lockdown. All gyms and studios have to keep their doors closed until at least April 20th.
What now?
Are you currently on "COVID-19 pause"? Your membership reactivation will then be moved to April 21st, when gyms and studios will most likely reopen again. When the end date of these new measures gets moved we will inform you about this via email.
Please keep a close eye on the email inbox of the email adres that is connected to your OneFit membership. We will be sending the email to this email adres. It is also advised to check your spam filter from time to time as these emails can end up in there. It is important to do so because you might miss important information about your membership.
Do you want to keep working out during this lockdown?
The outdoor workout rules have been altered and the RIVM now allows outdoor sports in groups of two, a trainer not included. The separate groups and persons in a group have to keep at least 1.5m distance between each other. From March 16 onwards groups of four are allowed, a trainer not included.
You'll be able to book outdoor classes at partners that offer these via the OneFit app or website! Check the schedule for all available outdoor classes and see which locations already offer them.
You can reactivate your membership anytime via My Membership in your settings. That way you'll also get access to our big offer of online classes and lockdown specials streaming from unique locations.
More info on the COVID-19 pause and reactivating can be found here: Information about the COVID pause.
I work out via High Five/BFNL. What will happen to my membership?
If you work out with OneFit via BFNL, it's best to contact them directly. In some cases you can receive compensation. High Five members have been paused by us.
