Below information is meant for regular members and for those who work out through their employer.
During the COVID-19 press conference of February 2nd, the government announced a prolonging of the lockdown. All gyms and studios have to keep their doors closed until at least March 2.
What now?
Are you are currently on "COVID-19 pause"? Your membership reactivation will then be moved to March 3rd, when gyms and studios will reopen again. All bookings for offline classes you might have made after February 9th will be automatically removed from your account.
When the end date of these new measures gets moved we will inform you about this via email.
Do you want to keep working out during this lockdown?
You can reactivate your membership any time via My Membership in your settings. That way you'll get access to our big offer of online classes and lockdown specials streaming from unique locations.
More info on the COVID-19 pause and reactivating can be found here: Information about the COVID pause.
I work out via High Five/BFNL. What will happen to my membership?
If you work out with OneFit via BFNL, it's best to contact them directly. In some case you can get a compensation. High Five members have been paused by us.
