This article is meant for members who had an active membership on the 15th of March that was frozen as a COVID-19 measure.
Yes, the moment is finally here! It is now possible to book classes at our partner locations again via your app. Since all gyms need to stay closed until the 1st of July this will, for now, consist of awesome outdoor workouts, some on location, and our online classes.
Please note: Working out via your employer or another third party (BFNL, High-Five)? Then it's unfortunately not yet possible to do outdoor classes. The information in this article does not apply to third party-managed accounts or OneFit for Business. These memberships will be unfrozen when sport locations are allowed to reopen (1st of July). How can I unfreeze my membership?
If you currently have a frozen account, you can unfreeze in the app via Membership Settings.
I have a OneFit Online membership, how can I convert to Original or Lite?
You convert your membership on the membership settings page in your app. You will be able to click on 'Continue' under the 'Back to original' section.
Note: Please use the blue button that says "Continue" to make sure your membership is immediatelly converted to Original/Lite. If you change through regular Membership Settings, the new Original/Lite membership will begin after your current Online membership period ends.
Can I also keep the OneFit Online membership?
Yes, you can still keep the OneFit Online membership if you are not interested in classes on location. OneFit Online remains a seperate membership option.
When can I unfreeze?
This will be possible from Monday the 25th of May onwards!
What will I get after unfreezing?
You can immediately start attending online classes and go to locations that offer classes on location.
What will happen with my leftover frozen days?
When you activate, you will first use the remaining days of your Original or Lite membership from the period that we froze.
Do I still have to pay for those days?
No, you don't have to pay for your remaining days. Once you activate, you will start using your remaining days. If you chose to stop your membership, then your remaining days will be converted into a discount. This discount will be automatically used for your next period when you activate again. This discount is valid until 31-12-2020
What will happen when my leftover days have all been used?
You will automatically start a new 30-day period of your Original or Lite membership, like before. The same rules apply as before.
How much will I pay for on- and offline classes?
Since you still cannot work out at all OneFit locations like before we are offering you a discount on your next 30-day period. This discount will be auto-deducted from your next period. This means the new temporary prices will be €24.95 for a lite membership and €44.95 for an original membership. Discounted prices were valid until 1st of July
Is this discount only for the next period?
No, this will be automatically settled in your membership fee for the upcoming periods, until the government decides to open up all gyms and studios again. The adjusted rate will stay in place until the government lifts the measures for working out indoors.
What if I don’t want to unfreeze?
Then you don’t have to do anything! If you in the meantime choose to unfreeze, just follow the same steps as above.
When will gyms and studios open up again?
We got the news that the gyms can re-open on the 1st of July!
Will my favourite gym/studio be resuming their collaboration with OneFit on the 1st of July?
Many of our partner locations will indeed be returning on the 1st of July. However, we cannot guarantee all locations will be collaborating with OneFit or have spots for OneFit members. On the 1st of July the locations and schedules will be visible, and we'll keep adding new locations, so we're kindly asking you to check back later. edit (03-07-20): our scheduling department is currently very busy with requests for locations to be added again... so it's possible that your favorite location isn't listed yet! We are working hard to add them as soon as possible
