If you booked a class but did not check-in or cancel it on time, or forgot to check in, it will be marked as a 'no-show'.
- The first time this happens, you will receive a warning.
- For every following no-show, we charge a €10 cancellation fee. This will be automatically deducted within 5 days after the workout.
- If this doesn't work, we'll try another time within 24 hours.
- After this, your future bookings will be cancelled and your account will be blocked until the payment is successfully completed.
In the case that you do not have your payment details linked to your account (for a BFNL account for example), your membership will be blocked from making new bookings and you'll have up to 48 hours to pay the no-show fee manually.
If you have not paid the no-show after 48 hours, all your future bookings will be cancelled.
You can pay the fee through the app and the website.

- log in
- go to "My OneFit" > "Settings" (gear icon)
- choose "Payments"
- click on the fee
- after a successful payment, your account will be automatically unblocked.
Website:
- log in
- click on the drop-down menu in the upper right corner
- go to "My OneFit" and choose "Payments"
- click on 'Pay Now' next to the fee
- after a successful payment, your account will be automatically unblocked.
After your payment, your account will be automatically unblocked by our system.
