You can change your payment method in your account. This is possible via the app and website.
In the app:
- log in
- go to "My OneFit"
- choose "Settings" at the top right (gear icon)
- choose "Payments" under the "Account" heading
at the top, you will find the option "Change Payment method".
On the website:
- log in
- click on your profile photo (top right)
- go to "My Account" and choose "Payments"
- click on "Change payment information"
You will be redirected to a secure page.
To prevent fraud, we ask that you pay a verification of € 0.01. Once you have done this, your payment method is changed. Your payments will be collected from the new bank account number (or credit card) from now on.
