You have the option to either pause or stop your membership. When you decide to pause your membership (vacation, injury, pregnancy), you have the option to choose a reactivation date. You can pause the membership with a maximum of 6 months.
When you decide to stop your membership, you become inactive in our system until you manually activate your account again via the app or website.
You have the option to stop/pause your membership at any given moment and we'll stop your membership 30 days later.
Via the app:
- Go to My OneFit > Settings
- scroll down and click "My Membership"
- Select "Membership Settings" > Stop membership
- Follow the steps
Pause/stop via the website:
- log in click on the avatar in the upper right corner
- go to My Account > Membership
- select "Membership Settings" and click "Stop membership"
- Follow the steps
Please check: did you become a OneFit member before September 14, 2021? When you decide to stop your membership, you no longer have the option to reactivate back to the old Original or Lite membership. You can only choose to reactivate into the renewed Start, Regular or Pro memberships. All information on the new memberships can be found here.
When you pause your membership and pick a reactivation date, nothing will change.
OneFit for Business member
If you have a membership via your employer, you need to stop your membership yourself as well in the app via membership settings.
