Good news: You can now book additional workouts with OneFit at your favorite gyms or studios. The additional workouts aren’t limited per studio. By purchasing additional workouts, you can choose any gym or studio that allows this option in your OneFit app and check in at their location more than 4 times (2 with Lite) per period. You can also use additional workouts once you've reached the included workouts for your current membership period (16 for Original, 4 for Lite). This way you can keep working out!
You can book as many additional workouts as you want and it is possible for both classes as well as open training.
- It is only possible to purchase additional workouts for classes that are offered in the OneFit app and/or during the workouts slots for open training as stated in the OneFit app.
- The “additional workouts” feature is only available to the OneFit Original and Lite memberships. This excludes High-Five, BFNL, and OneFit for Business accounts of which payment is done directly by the employer.
How does it work?
Easy. We will inform you once you’ve checked in for the 4th (or 2nd for Lite) time at the same studio in your active period. If you want to book one or more additional workouts at this studio, you’ll be asked by your OneFit app to confirm the price and the no-show rule every time you make a booking or you want to check-in for open training. If you don’t confirm, you cannot reserve a spot. You can book as many additional workouts as you want at all gyms or studios that allow this option.
We'll also inform you once you've reached your maximum included visits for your membership period (16 for Original, 4 for Lite). In this case you can book one or more additional workouts at any studio/gym of your choosing.
If you cancel an additional booking on time or cancel one of your other bookings at the same location so that the new booking still falls within the maximum included visits per location or membership period, the additional fee will not be charged.
The price for one additional workout depends on the partner location. The price will be shown when you make a booking and you'll be asked to agree to the extra fee via a swipe-button.
The amount will be automatically collected from the bank account that is linked with your OneFit account, 3 days after the booking of the class. If you don't show up and you fail to cancel your class booking on time, the price of the additional workout will be automatically deducted from your account and counts as a no-show fee.
