How does it work?
To participate in Online Classes, you must have an active OneFit membership (Online/regular/lite).
Booking for Online Classes works the same as booking for regular workouts. The online classes are marked with a special icon in the Classes-overview in your app. You can also use the filter for online classes to exclude all offline classes.
By clicking on the class and booking, you can get access to the Online Class.
When it is time for the class to start, simply open the livestream-link. You’ll find these in your OneFit schedule, check-in screen or by simply clicking the link in the e-mail we send you 30 minutes before the Online Class starts.
What do I need to participate in a Online Class?
In the class description, you’ll find all you need to know about what props you may need for the class, the type of workout you can expect and the language the class will be taught in.
How do I check in for my Online Class?
From 30 minutes before its start time, all participants will be checked in for the class automatically by our system. So for Online Classes, you do not have to manually check-in yourself.
How do I cancel my Online Class?
You can cancel for free up to 30 minutes before the class starts. Do so by selecting the class in your Schedule and cancelling it here.
What does it cost to participate in a Online Class?
You can follow Online Classes if you have an active OneFit Online Membership. OneFit Online costs 19,95 per 30 day period and gives you access to unlimited streaming of Online Classes, with the following rules:
- One streamed Online Class per partner location per day
- You can have up to six outstanding reserved classes at any time.
What if the livestream doesn’t work or I get disconnected due to a bad internet connection?
You can always reload the Online Class by clicking the livestream-link, if there’s any interruption in your connection.

Will I get a no-show fee if I don’t attend the Online Class/livestream?
No, if you haven’t cancelled the class you’ll be automatically checked in for the Online Class. So there will be no no-show fee charge in this case. Please note that even if you don’t attend the class, it will still count as a visit within your current membership period.
