Open training
(EDIT July 2020 post Corona rules): new information regarding booking an 'open training'.
Please disregard old information about booking an open training.
Booking classes and open training now work the same way as booking a class.
Due to new regulations, it is compulsory to book a spot for your open training. The Gym schedules are created in a way that you can book a 1hr session so that you can work out on your own. This also applies to reserving a spot for the sauna or swimming pool. You can no longer simply drop-in at any given time like you used to be able to. You need to book it in advance and check-in on time.
Your check-in window is 30 minutes before and 5 minutes after the lesson begins: so a total of 35 minutes. Make sure to show your checkin screen when entering the location.
-----------
You are able to make bookings for classes either in the OneFit app or on the website.
To book classes:
1. Find classes by searching through "Locations" or "Classes": For both options you can add filters to find the types of classes or locations that you are interested in and specify a time of day you are planning to work out.
2. Book the class up until 15 minutes in advance: For most locations you can book a class up to 15 minutes before it starts. However, there are some locations that require a different reservation time slot.
3. First come, first serve: At some locations it is not possible to make a reservation in advance. Instead, there is a first come, first serve policy. For these locations make sure to get to the location as early as possible to guarantee your spot!
4. (NOT VALID ANYMORE, CHECK TEXT AT BEGINNING) When no booking is needed (Open Training): At any location that shows the "Open Training" icon in their location description on our platform, you are able to check in without a booking. Make sure to read the location's description for their official opening hours and to see if there are any particularities regarding their drop-in policies for OneFitters! Read more about Open Training here.
Depending on your membership you can have a maximum amount of outstanding bookings for the upcoming 2 weeks. A new booking can only be made if you have visited one of your booked classes or if you cancel one of those booked classes. Classes can be booked up to 2 weeks prior.
