Open training (EDIT July 2020) this is new information regarding booking an 'open training' please disregard information below the line about booking an open training. Booking classes and open training now work the same way as booking a class.
Due to new regulations, it will be compulsory to book a spot for your open training. The schedule of those gyms will be created in a way that you can book a 1hr long spot so that you can work out on your own, same applies for sauna or swimming pool. The open training feature like it used to be (that you can just drop in any time) is no longer possible. You need to book it in advance and check-in on time! You can check in until 5 minutes after the reserved time slot has started and show you checkin screen when entering the location.
You are able to make bookings for classes either through the OneFit website, or in the OneFit app. A few things you should know about booking classes:
1. Find classes by searching through "Locations" or "Classes": For either one, you can add filters to find the types of classes or locations that you are interested in and can specify a time of day you are planning to work out to see what is available at those times.
2. Book the class until 15 minutes in advance: For most locations you can book a class up to 15 minutes before it starts. However, there are some locations that require a different reservation lead time.
3. First come, first serve: At some locations it is not possible to make a reservation in advance. Instead, there is a first come, first serve policy. For these locations make sure to get to the location as early as possible to guarantee your spot!
4. (NOT VALID ANYMORE, CHECK TEXT AT BEGINNING) When no booking is needed (Open Training): At any location that shows the "Open Training" icon in their location description on our platform, you are able to check in without a booking. Make sure to read the location's description for their official opening hours and to see if there are any particularities regarding their drop-in policies for OneFitters! Read more about Open Training here.
Depending on your membership you can have a maximum amount of outstanding bookings for the upcoming two weeks. A new booking can only be made if you have visited one of your booked classes or if you cancel one of those booked classes. Classes can be booked up to 2 weeks prior.
