You can change your membership type with just a few clicks in the app:
- Go to "My OneFit"
- Then choose Settings > My membership
- Here you can select a different membership type.
To make sure the changes apply to the upcoming period, switch before the 10-day notice. For example, your current period started on May 1st and you would like to up- or downgrade the next membership period, which starts on May 31st. Then make sure to switch before May 20th.
