In case you forgot to check in or you were late (checking in is allowed from 30 minutes before until 5 minutes after start of class), first ask at the location if you are still allowed to attend the class. If yes, follow these steps:
1. Try to check in one more time just to be sure.
2. Make a screenshot of your location in your phone in the OneFit app and send it to us so we know that you have attended.
3. Attend the class and send us an email with your proof of attendance afterwards. We can check you in up to 3 days after the class if we've received proof of attendance.
The instructor or front desk staff at the location can verify your class booking in the partner portal but he/she is not able to check you in. Their administration is not visible to us, so we can unfortunately not check if your name was their attendance list.
Due to many cases of fraud in the past, our Community Success Team ask for proof of attendance when they check you in.
