You can easily check in with your OneFit app and are responsible for checking in for all visits. Your check-in is your entry ticket; you cannot exercise without one. A location or an instructor cannot check you in, but only check and confirm whether a check-in was successful.
Check-in for booked classes is possible from 30 minutes before to 5 minutes after the scheduled starting time and must be done at the location.
Here's how to check in for booked classes:
- Open the app
- Go to 'My OneFit' (icon on the bottom right), in this screen you will see your reserved classes under 'My Schedule'.
- Click on check-in next to the particular class and confirm
- Show the confirmation of your check-in to the location
Here's how to check in for visits without a reservation:
- Open the app
- Click on 'Check-in' at the bottom of the main menu
- Click the blue 'check-in' button, and confirm your check-in
- Show the confirmation of your check-in to the location
Tip: You can also confirm a successful check-in yourself. In the check-in screen (get here by clicking the “Check in” icon at the bottom) you can see your recent successful check-ins. If your check-in isn't listed, something went wrong and you need to try again.
