The emails were sent via a bulk email provider, which means they might occasionally end up in spam folders. Please check your spam folder to see if our emails are there. The emails were sent to the email address linked to your OneFit account. If your membership is through your employer, be sure to check your work email inbox and spam folder, as your OneFit account might have been connected to your work email.
If your email address is no longer in use (perhaps due to the closure of the email account), it’s possible that our messages bounced. However, if your email address is still active and you had an active or paused OneFit account during the time of the communication, we are confident that we’ve emailed you the important updates regarding the migration.
