What will happen to my account and personal data?

Your account will be migrated to Urban Sports Club, using the email address that you used for OneFit. All your personal data will be transferred (like your Name, address, City, phone number and Payment method.

We will not migrate your password, booking-, check-in-, and billing history. Make sure to download any invoices you wish to keep before the end of the migration period as your OneFit Account can’t be accessed soon after the migration will be completed.
