Membership changes from November

If you have received an email with information regarding a change in your OneFit membership, then you can double check in this article what this exactly means for you. It concerns the Original memberships and Start memberships from before September 17, 2021.

Why did I receive an email?

You were still using an old OneFit membership. It has become necessary for us to change old, individual, legacy memberships that we do not offer to new OneFit members, into our current membership offering. By adjusting the older memberships, we are acting in the interests of the larger majority of our member base, so that we can prevent price increases across the board.

What does this mean for me?

This does not mean the same for everyone. But 2 things do apply to everyone:

From November 17, old memberships will be transferred to our current existing memberships. This will happen at the start of their new membership period. Next to this, there is no longer a difference between check-ins on location or online. In concrete this means that you now have to use your standard number of check-ins for both online and on-location classes.

Changes for Original memberships

Did you receive an email stating that your membership will be transferred to our current Regular membership? Then this will mean the following:

• You will go from 16 workouts per month, to 10 workouts per month (30 days). 
• If you already paid 65 euros per month for your Original membership, your monthly price will remain the same.
• If you paid 59.95 euros per month for your Original membership, then your monthly price will become 65 euros per month.

This is equivalent to our current Regular membership.

Changes for Start memberships

Did you receive an email stating that your membership will be transferred to our current Start membership? Then this will mean the following:

• You will keep your number of workouts, which is 4 workouts per month (30 days). 
• If you already paid 32.50 euros per month for your Start membership, your monthly price will remain the same.
• If you paid 29.95 euros per month for your Start membership, your monthly price will become 32.50 euros.
• If you paid 27.50 euros per month for your Start membership, your monthly price will become 32.50 euros. 

This is equivalent to our current Start membership.

Switching or canceling your membership

If you rather choose one of our other memberships, then view our offer here and make the change through your personal membership settings. If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel your membership. In that case, please pay attention to the notice period of your personal membership period.
