In case you forgot to check in or you were late (checking in is allowed from 30 minutes before until 5 minutes after start of class), first ask at the location if you are still allowed to attend the class. If yes, follow these steps:
1. Try to check in one more time just to be sure.
2. If the check-in still fails, please make a screenshot of your location in your phone via Google Maps (or any other maps app) or in the OneFit app and send it to us so we know that you have attended. Or make a cool selfie of yourself on location :) .
3. Attend the class and send us an email with your proof of attendance afterwards. We can check you in up to 3 days after the class if we can locate your check-in attempt at the correct time and location or if we've received proof of attendance from you.
Good to know: the instructor or front desk staff at the location can verify your class booking in the partner portal but he/she is not able to check you in.
Please note that due to a lot of cases of fraud in the past, our Community Succes Team must ask for proof of attendance when they check you in.
